Snow Day (Pre-School Animation Exercise)
This was a short animation exercise I worked on in my free time, where I designed, rigged and animated a pair of winter animal characters.

The challenge of this exercise came in the design, story and timing; I wanted this exercise to feel like it could be from an animation for the pre-school audience, so I studied popular series like 'Bluey', 'Hey Duggee', 'Kit and Pup' and other pre-school shows, to understand the best design traits for the genre.
Each episode focused on one small message or idea and expanded it into a bigger story, so I decided the animation could show one of the characters being taught about snow days and creating snow men.
